The Philadelphia Eagles agreed to a multi-year extension with head coach Nick Sirianni, the club announced Monday. 3m3y1z

"Nick has embodied everything we were looking for in a head coach since we hired him four years ago," Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie said in a statement. "His authentic style of leadership, football intelligence, ion for the game, and growth mindset have helped bring out the best in our team."
Sirianni has a 48-20 regular-season record and a 6-3 playoff mark since the Eagles named him head coach ahead of the 2021 season. He led the franchise to victory in Super Bowl LIX over the Kansas City Chiefs in February and guided it to a Super Bowl LVII appearance during the 2022 season.
The 43-year-old's 70.6% regular-season win rate ranks fifth in NFL history among coaches with at least 50 games. Only Hall of Famers Guy Chamberlain (78.4%), John Madden (75.9%), Vince Lombardi (73.8%), and George Allen (71.2%) have better win percentages.
