Report: John Haliburton allowed to watch Pacers home games 3tq3c
John Haliburton, the father of Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton, can watch home games from a suite starting Tuesday, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania. i2f57
The elder Haliburton was barred from Pacers contests due to his confrontation with Giannis Antetokounmpo after Indiana eliminated the Milwaukee Bucks from the playoffs in late April. John apologized on social media for the interaction, adding later that he had been caught up in the moment.
Indiana defeated the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference semifinals and is up 2-1 in the conference finals.
The younger Haliburton has averaged 18.9 points, 8.1 assists, and 5.0 rebounds per game without his father in attendance.
The Pacers can take a 3-1 series led with a victory Tuesday.
